Gluten-free Buns With Coconut

Egg-less, yeast-less, dairy-less, and gluten free buns in 15 minutes!
Gluten-free buns with coconut Recipe
Makes 4 buns 
Ingredients:  
1 cup of organic gluten free rice flour 
1/4 cup of organic black chia seed powder 
1/2 cup of fluoride-free water *
2 tsp of organic coconut oil 
2 tbsp organic hemp seeds 
2 tbsp organic shredded coconut 
1/4 tsp baking soda 
sea salt 
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 
2. Mix gluten free flour, black chia seed powder, hemp seeds, shredded coconut, baking soda and sea salt in a mixing bowl.
3. Add water and hemp oil and mix until doughy. 
4. Make dough into 4 balls.
5. Hold dough ball in hand and press down slightly. 
6. Place on tray  and repeat process for each ball.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes! 
8. Let cool and enjoy!
